Mit dem Sägeband bi-alfa® Profile und der Ausführung Profile WS sorgen wir für den perfekten Schnitt bei vibrationsanfälligen Sägeaufgaben!

Vibrationen beim Sägen von Rohren, Trägern und Profilen überfordern oftmals ein konventionelles Sägeband, Standzeit und Standfläche sinken. Für diese Anwendungen bietet Röntgen mit bi-alfa® Profile und Profile WS die perfekte Lösung an!

Der verstärkte Zahnrücken erhöht die Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen Überlastung des Zahnes durch Vibrationen bei unterbrochenen Schnitten und schützt das Band vor Zahnreihenausbrüchen.
Die Zahnspitze besteht aus bewährtem HSS-M42, der sehr gute mechanische Verschleißfestigkeit besitzt.

bi-alfa® Profile ist das Sägeband mit besten Schneidergebnissen bei runden und viereckigen Rohren sowie Profilen.
