Vibrations when sawing tubes, beams and profiles often overload a conventional band saw blade, reducing tool life and cutting area. For these applications, Röntgen offers the perfect solution with bi-alfa® Profile and Profile WS! The reinforced tooth back increases resistance to tooth overload caused by vibrations during interrupted cuts and protects the band against tooth strippage. The tooth tip is made of proven HSS-M42, which offers very good mechanical wear resistance. bi-alfa® Profile is the band saw blade with the best cutting results on round and square tubes and profiles.
