Produktbeschreibung

The RÖNTGEN bi-alfa® cobalt M42 band saw blade, with tooth tips made of HSS-M42, offers high mechanical wear resistance because a large number of extremely hard special carbides are distributed particularly evenly throughout the optimally heat-treated microstructure of the tooth tip. Their firm embedding in a heat-resistant martensitic matrix, combined with the high cobalt content, ensures excellent thermal wear resistance.

The carrier strip, made of high-alloy, chromium-containing spring steel, ensures outstanding fatigue resistance.
