The continuous version of the RÖNTGEN Grit band saw blade features a continuous coating of multi-edged carbide grains permanently bonded to a highly flexible backing band. The even distribution of the grit over the entire band length creates an exceptionally high number of effective cutting edges.
Band width x thickness (mm): 6 x 0,50 - 32 x 1,10 mm
This achieves uniform and controlled material removal, producing particularly smooth and clean cut surfaces. The continuous carbide coating also ensures high process reliability and consistently high cut quality, especially with demanding materials. Thanks to different carbide grit sizes, the band can be optimally matched to different materials, cross-sections and applications, delivering precise and economical cutting results.
