This high-performance band saw blade with the special MUSN geometry is particularly suitable for cutting hardened, induction-hardened and extremely hard materials with a hardness above 50 HRC. Powerful band saw machines are required to use this blade. The multi-chip geometry significantly increases cutting parameters and ensures better performance. Thanks to the special forteC coating, a 10–30 % performance increase is achieved with the same tool life. In addition, the cutting edges are pre-honed, which improves cut quality and reduces the load during sawing.
